Receiving Issues: If you have not received a particular issue, first please make sure you clicked the button in the confirmation email after registering as a member. Please then check your spam/junk/promotions folders. If they are not there, please contact Revue support. All past issues may be accessed here.
Email Not Registered: If you enter your email to receive an issue and receive a message stating "We couldn't find a member with that email address" , make sure you enter your email in all lowercase.
Payment Issues: If you face any issues with payment processing, please contact Stripe support and mention you are facing payment issues with a Revue membership registration.
Payment by Crypto: I've received requests to pay by crypto or PayPal. I wish Revue supported these payment methods, but unfortunately, they do not. I have voiced my feedback to their team and will continue researching options.
